Muretex has capabilities that span the training spectrum within the aerospace sector. Under the broad heading of training, a significant capability we offer is the opportunity to visit clients and conduct a detailed Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

It is not always easy for an organsiation to capture and define user requirements and then translate these to a system requirement and design. Muretex can therefore operate as a customer friend and, following a TNA, select between a range of solutions, such as: training (on-site or distance learning), advice on manufacture of equipment (e.g. Part-Task Trainers), or design and production or use of existing simulators and Synthetic Environments. Within a simulator or part-task trainer context, we offer consultancy on training device selection, provision of training devices (up to the equivalent of the ICAO’s flight training device level 4) and post delivery support.
Muretex designs and delivers training (to post graduate level) in a variety of specialist topics (e.g. Matlab™) and can offer training material/syllabus development, course delivery and post-delivery support and review.
Muretex also offers ready-made cross-familiarisation courses in a number of areas e.g. Electronic Warfare and Avionic Systems
